For supermarkets and minimarts
Every till, every hour, every shilling.
Hundreds of payments a day go through your tills. Drop in the M-Pesa till statement and Risiti reads every payment in, leaves out withdrawals and charges, and shows sales by till, your busiest hours and what is left after stock.
In October 2026 Jamii Mart sold Ksh 2,163,100 and spent Ksh 1,712,400, so Ksh 450,700 was left: 21% of every sale. 3 regular accounts to call: Hotel Sunset (12 days quiet), Kimani Bakery (6 days late), Rehema Catering (Due today). Busiest hours: 5 to 9 pm brings 46% of sales.
How it fits your day
Nothing new for your staff to learn. Risiti reads what they already send.
- STEP 01
Drop in the till statement
A PDF, Excel or CSV statement of each till. Risiti reads every payment in and leaves out withdrawals, charges and moves to the bank.
- STEP 02
Each payment counted once
A payment already saved from its M-Pesa message is known by its code, so it is never counted twice, however often a statement is imported.
- STEP 03
What is left, till by till
Sales for each till and Paybill account, stock and running costs from receipts, and what is left for the day and the month.
What you get
Statements read in seconds
Hundreds of payments from one statement, with what was left out and why.
Your busiest hours
See when the tills are busiest, so the second one opens at the right time.
Each till its own selling point
The front till, the express till and Paybill accounts, each with its own totals.
Supplier invoices read
A photo of the invoice becomes an expense: the supplier, the amount and what you bought.
Accounts that go quiet
Hotels and caterers that order on set days are pointed out when they miss one.
Cashiers record, you see all
Share the shop with staff; they record, you see every till from anywhere.
What owners ask
Q.01Which statements can Risiti read?
Till, Paybill and personal M-Pesa statements, as PDF, Excel or CSV. Every payment in becomes a sale; withdrawals, charges and transfers are left out and counted by why.
Q.02Will a payment be counted twice if I also forward its message?
No. A payment is known by its M-Pesa code, so one already saved from its message or an earlier statement is skipped.
Q.03Can I see each till apart?
Yes. Give each till or Paybill account its own selling point and its statement goes there. You see each one, and all of them together.
Q.04Does it show my busiest hours?
Yes. Risiti shows sales by hour and by day of the week, so you know when to have both tills open and when to restock.
