For shops, kiosks and minimarts

Close the shop knowing what you made.

Customers pay on the till, you pay the wholesaler by M-Pesa, and the cash drawer tells its own story. Risiti puts them together: the day's sales, what you spent on stock and running the shop, and what is left.

Neema Kiosk, a made-up shop in Nyeri, on Risiti in October 2026. Every name and number is invented: yours come from your own WhatsApp reports, M-Pesa messages and receipts.

In October 2026 Neema Kiosk sold Ksh 332,300 and spent Ksh 236,800, so Ksh 95,500 was left: 29% of every sale. 4 regulars missed their day: Mama Kimani (Missed today), Rehema Salon (Missed Mon), Jack Otieno (4 days late). Busiest hours: 7 to 9 am brings 38% of the day.

How it fits your day

Nothing new for your staff to learn. Risiti reads what they already send.

  1. STEP 01

    Payments in, by themselves

Forward your till or Pochi messages, or drop in a statement, and every payment becomes a sale. Cash takes one tap.

  2. STEP 02

    Stock and costs, from receipts

Snap the wholesaler's receipt or forward the M-Pesa you paid, and it becomes an expense with the amount and who was paid.

  3. STEP 03

    What is left, every evening

Sales minus stock and running costs, today, this week and this month, so a busy day that made no money shows itself.

What you get

  • Till messages become sales

Till, Paybill and Pochi la Biashara payments are read on your phone and saved once each.

  • Receipts become costs

A photo of the receipt is read by AI: the shop, the amount and what you bought.

  • Good days and slow days

Sales by day, week and month, and how customers paid, cash or M-Pesa.

  • Your own money kept apart

Mark spending as personal and it stays out of the shop's numbers.

  • A shop assistant can record

Share the shop with an assistant who records sales while you see everything.

  • Your prices online

A free page at risiti.ai with your prices, opening hours and how to pay.

What owners ask

Q.01Do I have to type every sale?

No. Till and Pochi messages, or a statement, bring in M-Pesa sales by themselves. Cash sales take a tap with Quick sale.

Q.02Can it read a till statement?

Yes. Drop in the statement as CSV, Excel or PDF, even a password-locked one, and hundreds of payments are read in seconds. Payments already saved are not counted again.

Q.03Does it work without internet?

Yes. Once installed, Risiti opens and records sales and expenses offline. Reading photos and screenshots needs a connection.

Q.04Is it only for Kenya?

Built first for shops that run on M-Pesa and WhatsApp, it works in any currency, with tax presets for 47 countries.
